We are looking for a talented and skilled Research Analyst and Project Executive who can become an important team member when we deliver research projects around the globe.
In this position, you will be working on:
- Manage market research projects from start to finish on behalf of our full-service clients.
- Analyse market research data from the different methodologies available to advise the client and make recommendations based on their objectives and challenges.
- Support self-service clients with advice and guidance as to how best to run research projects on PriceBeam's platform.
- Work as a trusted advisor to your customers and ensure they fully realise the value that the PriceBeam platform provides to their business.
- Understand and document your customers’ business objectives and work with the customer to hold all parties accountable for progress toward those objectives.
- Work closely with our account team during the pre-sales phase, to explain processes, options and other project-related information to potential customers.
- Work closely with the pre-sales, support, and onboarding teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Support the customer renewal process and provide value-based business cases to drive upsell.
- Contribute to new product development of the PriceBeam platform, from interactions with clients as well as external sources.
Please note that we cover global customers and for this specific job post, focus will be on customers working in North America or Latin America, even if you might also work on European projects. Therefore, you must expect that some customer calls could be earlier in the morning, even if other parts of the work can be done during regular North American day-time.
Job requirements
We will train you on our processes and methodologies, so most important is an open mind and ability to learn quickly.
The ideal candidate is:
- University degree
- 1 to 2 years experience working in the CPG industry or in conducting market research for CPG clients.
- You’re data-driven and comfortable analysing market data.
- You’re a disciplined and a well-organised go-getter. You are motivated by success, and are passionate and highly driven to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets.
- You’re a people person, with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- You’re comfortable working in an early-stage business, where time is critical and things change frequently.
- You can effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, and deliver informative, well-organised presentations. You possess the ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Languages: fluency in English, both spoken and written. Spanish or Portuguese are not a requirement but would be an advantage.
- Must be living and be able to work in the USA or in Canada.
